Our real estate business is bursting at the seams and we are looking for two dynamic agents to become a part of our growing team. Only interested in speaking with the best and those that can prove it. Earn 30k if you are average, 50k if you are good, 100k if you are great, 150k if you are extraordinary. (Yes, the best members of our team net over 150k.) This is in the real estate industry, but we hire star performers, not backgrounds (although obtaining a real estate sales license is required). Young or old, if you have the stuff, we’ll know. Will train someone who has everything we want. Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from warm leads, which will be provided daily. YOU WILL HAVE TROUBLE KEEPING UP as we have a proven lead generation system that never stops. Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer. Must also be computer literate, have empathy for your client’s needs at all times, and love real estate and showing property. We have a superb reputation and internationally coveted luxury brand. We need real stars to assist home buyers in finding the home of their dreams and assisting sellers through the listing process and closing the sale.

Media Production Specialist

Desired candidate will have expertise in all phases of production with an emphasis on pre-production and production. Has an eye for good composition as well as empathetic communication skills with talent and staff. Works hand in hand with senior team members and shooters to conceptualize, storyboard, organize and capture footage for various initiatives. Being detail and deadline oriented is a must. Experience is preferred but we are willing hire and train a rising entry-level star...

Scope of Position:

  • Conceptualizes and films complex, innovative video productions in a fast-paced work setting.
  • Contributes to the ideation and development of project storyboards.
  • Prepares preliminary pre-production materials including scripts and storyboards.
  • Completes post-production processes including sound mixing, sound effects design, and color grading.
  • Determines camera and lens selection, along with camera angles, placement and movement to ensure a high-quality, cinematic feel.
  • Possesses a full understanding of on-set production, including lighting, direction, and set design.
  • Serves as a primary or secondary camera operator for larger productions.
  • Able to provide clear, professional direction for on-camera talent on set.
  • Works under tight deadlines to produce high-quality deliverables.

Required knowledge and elements:

  • Software: Adobe Creative Cloud Suite with an emphasis in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop
  • Hardware: Experience with video equipment, various camera and lighting rigs, Mac computer environment
  • Sees and seeks opportunities for improvement and acts on them.
  • Thrives in an ever-changing environment.
  • Proven ability for high-quality video storytelling and photography.
  • Must provide a video demo reel and photography portfolio.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for helping our clients achieve their business goal.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  Desired knowledge:

  • Software: Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Media Encoder, Bridge, Audition, DaVinci Resolve
  • Hardware: Stationary lighting systems and setups, Off-Camera Flash system; in-studio, on-location, and cinematic shooting composition styles

Transaction Coordinator

Our Real Estate Business is growing so fast we can hardly keep up. We have an immediate opening for a Client Success/Transaction Coordinator with some executive assistant duties to assist real estate executives. You'll work in a fast-paced real estate office assisting our team of top flight Buyers Agents while managing contracts to closing, and working in tandem with the Client Success Manager and CFO in Rehoboth Beach, DE. We offer an exciting atmosphere in a people-oriented business.

So, if you are committed to excellence, a team player and willing to ask for help when needed - this is the right position for you. You must also be highly self-motivated and have a sense of humor (or you’ll never make it with us). You should be super smart, an organizer, a fast learner, a positive person, and a great communicator able to find creative solutions while being polite, polished, professional and discreet.

Responsibilities:

This position requires a great memory, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines... all while maintaining tact, finesse, discretion and empathy for the client’s concerns in sometimes stressful situations. 

Qualifications:

  • Good word processing and computer skills are a must including high technical proficiency in computing, multiple software platforms and mobile technology. 
  • Real Estate Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. This is a great place to work so we are very selective about who we invite into our family.
